• We handcraft your cold process soap bars in Ireland, then ship swiftly from regional fulfilment facilities.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are typically dispatched the same day.

• Delivery times:

  • Ireland & UK: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days (please note: import duties may apply)

• All orders come with free tracking and updates via email.

• Standard shipping is free on all orders

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind?

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to inform us (let us know via contact page). Ship the unused product in its original condition, and we’ll refund your order (minus return postage).

Received a faulty or damaged item?

Let us know within 48 hours — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Our priority is satisfaction. We do not resell returned soap for hygiene reasons.

Refund Timing & Process

• Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

• Expect an email confirmation once your refund or replacement is on its way.
